Our physiotherapist Scott has 12 years experience in a private practice setting and helps with all facets of musculoskeletal pain, vestibular problems, headaches, post operative, disability, stroke rehabilitation, exercise plans, musculoskeletal conditions and many more conditions.  Scott uses a hands on approach and works towards reducing your pain and increasing freedom of movement. Scott is qualified in dry needling which can help a variety of conditions. Scott attained his dual bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy and exercise science. This helps Scott to develop an effective exercise program to assist treatment. He is a member of the Australian physiotherapist association.  Have previously practiced out of the Ashby lane allied health rooms but now offering his services daily to the district.

Our enthusiastic Clinical Exercise Physiologist, a recent graduate of Southern Cross University on the Gold Coast, brings expertise in treating chronic conditions like neurological, cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, and metabolic disorders.

This professional has a keen focus on Parkinson’s disease rehabilitation, falls prevention, hydrotherapy, bone density protection, weight loss, and utilizing exercise for cancer management.  Their experience spans all age groups, having worked with both children developing motor skills and older adults through placements and international exchange programs.

Their approach emphasizes education and awareness on the benefits of exercise, promoting the importance of maintaining physical health at all stages of life – age is truly just a number!  Our exercise Physiologist is passionate about providing safe and evidence-based practices to improve overall community health outcomes. Their goal is to combat and prevent chronic disease by fostering positive habits and incorporating exercise into daily routines.

A combination of cardio, resistance, and flexibility exercises is key to enhancing quality of life and allowing individuals to perform daily tasks with ease – whether it’s climbing stairs, carrying groceries, or pursuing hobbies like gardening.

Tim is a newly graduated physiotherapist from the Australian Catholic university in Brisbane.  He enjoys treating a wide range of patients including musculoskeletal injuries, vestibular and balance conditions, sports injuries, pediatrics and injury prevention and management. 
 
Tim is a keen sports person with a long history and passion for swimming, tennis, rugby league,  NFL and cricket.

Jo Payne

Massage Therapist / Reception

Jo Payne is our massage therapist who offers a range of massage techniques to reduce stress and ease pain.  Jo has completed her TAFE qualifications to be a registered clinician and holds a provider number make treatment claimable through private health.  With this learning through her course Jo holds a better understanding of the mechanics of pain and how to fix them. Jo can assist with musculoskeletal pain,  headaches, lymphedema, tension and much more.

Exercise Physiology

Our exercise physiologist is the person to see for exercise based therapy and is the best equipped to get you back on track recovering from any injury. Our exercise physiologist operates out of our clinic with ample space and a small gym set up with equipment such as treadmill, bikes, weights, therabands, swiss balls,step ups, medicine balls, boxing equipment etc.  Our exercise physiologist can assist in general fitness and weight loss programs to help get you back on track.
